Frequently asked questions about pricing
Do I need to provide a credit card?
No! Foto.Guru does not require a credit card — neither during the trial period nor afterwards. When you decide on a paid plan, you simply pay for the selected period (online payment, card or bank transfer) and get access right away. There are no automatic charges.
Are there additional fees beyond the subscription?
The subscription covers the full functionality of the system. The only optional fees are: Photo products (€30/month) if you want to sell calendars, mugs, etc., and additional SMS messages (€10 per 100 messages) if you use up the free package.
Are there commissions on orders or payments?
No! Foto.Guru does not charge any commissions. All payments from customers go directly to your account (minus the standard payment operator fees of about 2–3%).
Can I change my plan during the billing period?
Yes! Upgrades (moving to a higher plan) are immediate — you pay the difference proportionally to the remaining time.
What happens after the paid plan expires?
After the paid period ends, your account automatically returns to the free version with a limit of 20 orders per 30 days. All your data and settings remain intact. You can repurchase a paid plan at any time and immediately regain full functionality.
Will I receive a notification before my subscription ends?
Yes! A few days before the end of the paid period you will receive a reminder e-mail and you decide whether to renew. No pressure — if you don't renew, your account simply switches to the free version.
Do prices include VAT?
All prices shown are net prices (excluding VAT). VAT is added according to applicable law.
What payment methods do you accept?
Subscriptions can be paid via PayU (online transfers, payment cards) or by bank transfer — the invoice is issued once the payment is booked. Payment is a one-time charge for the selected period (a month, 3 months, 6 months or a year), and you will get a reminder before it ends.
