Frequently asked questions about pricing
Do I need to provide a credit card?
No! Foto.Guru does not require a credit card - neither during the trial period nor afterward. When you decide on a paid plan, you simply make a payment for the selected period and immediately get access. There are no automatic charges.
Are there additional fees beyond the subscription?
The subscription covers the full functionality of the system. The only optional fees are: Photo products + Cart if you want to sell calendars, mugs, etc., and additional SMS if you use up the free package.
Are there commissions on orders or payments?
No! Foto.Guru does not charge any commissions. All payments from customers go directly to your account (minus standard payment operator commissions of ~2-3%).
Can I change my plan during the billing period?
Yes! Upgrades (moving to a higher plan) are immediate - you pay the difference proportionally to the remaining time.
What happens after the paid plan expires?
After the paid period ends, your account automatically returns to the FREE version with a limit of 20 orders per 30 days. All your data and settings remain intact. You can repurchase a paid plan at any time.
Will I receive a notification before my subscription ends?
Yes! A few days before the end of the paid period, you will receive a reminder email. There's no pressure - if you don't renew, your account simply switches to the free version.
Do prices include VAT?
All prices shown are net prices (excluding VAT). VAT will be added according to applicable law.
What payment methods do you accept?
Subscriptions can be paid via PayU or bank transfer. Payment is a one-time charge for the selected period (month, 3 months, 6 months, or year).
