What license do I need to offer Photo Products?

No specific license is required. Photo Products combined with the Shopping Cart is a separate paid feature that works with any plan, including Free, BASIC, and PRO.

How do I add photo products to my store?

Do unused free SMS messages carry over to the next month?

No, free SMS messages included in your plan expire at the end of each calendar month. Unused free messages do not carry over to the following month.

Do purchased SMS packages expire?

No, purchased SMS packages have no expiration date. Once you buy an SMS package, the messages remain in your account until you use them.

I see a blank page after logging in. What should I do?

This issue is usually caused by antivirus software or browser extensions. Try these steps:

  1. Add app.foto.guru to your antivirus exceptions list.
  2. Try opening the application in incognito/private browsing mode. If it works in incognito mode, try:
    • Disabling your browser extensions one by one
    • Refreshing the page with Ctrl+F5
    • Clearing your browser cache and cookies
My antivirus detects Foto.GUI as a virus. What should I do?

This is a false positive. Our software is digitally signed by Yak Consulting sp. z o.o. Simply add an exception for Foto.GUI in your antivirus software. On macOS, you can allow the program in System Settings > Privacy & Security.
