§3 PERSONAL DATA

1. The Administrator is the controller of the User's personal data.

6. The User's data will be stored by the Administrator for an indefinite period.

§4 FORMS

The Administrator uses two types of forms on the Site:

1. Contact form – allows a message to be sent to the Administrator. The data is processed by the Administrator in accordance with this Privacy Policy for the purpose of contacting the User.

2. Order form – allows an order to be placed for the purchase of the full version of the software. It is not shared with third parties.

§5 PAYMENT METHODS

The Administrator provides a convenient and fast electronic payment method operated by PayU S.A., which uses an SSL security certificate.

1. When choosing this payment method for the ordered service, the User will be automatically redirected to the PayU website, where they can make a fast transfer via the bank holding their account.

2. Once the payment is confirmed by PayU, the ordered service is activated.

§6 TECHNOLOGIES

1. The Administrator uses the following technologies to observe actions taken by the User on the Site:

1.1. Embedded Google Analytics code – for the purpose of analyzing Site statistics. Google Analytics uses its own cookies to analyze the actions and behavior of Site Users. These files store information such as which website the User arrived from. They help improve the Site.

1. The Administrator is not liable for the use of the content published on the Site or for any actions or omissions taken on its basis.

2. All content published on the Site is subject to the Administrator's copyright. The Administrator does not consent to the copying of content published on the blog, in whole or in part, without its express prior consent.
