Automatic SMS notifications

With automatic SMS notifications, your customers will stay up to date with information about their orders, increasing their sense of security and overall shopping comfort.

Manual SMS sending

If you prefer more control over customer communication, you can also send SMS notifications manually. A single click on the appropriate button will instantly send a message with the current order status to the customer. This option gives you flexibility in managing notifications and allows you to tailor communication to the individual needs of your customers.

Monthly free SMS allowance

Every customer receives a free monthly SMS allowance:

• Basic plan: 10 free SMS messages per month
• PRO plan: 30 free SMS messages per month

This allows you to try out the new feature at no extra cost and see how positively it impacts your customer communication.

Additional SMS packages

For greater communication needs, we also offer the option to purchase additional SMS packages. You can choose from available packages starting at 100 messages and going up to 1,000 messages. Our flexible package options allow you to adjust the number of SMS messages to the actual needs of your business.
