What is remarketing?

Remarketing is designed to encourage customers to return to your site and complete an order they previously started. To achieve this, customers who did not finish their order will receive a follow-up email. This email contains a link that directs the customer back to the page where they can complete their order.

PRO account holders now have the ability to re-engage customers who, for various reasons, abandoned their orders.

Of course, for this feature to work, you need to require an email address during the ordering process. Additionally, the customer must provide their email before leaving the site. If a customer clicks the “Cancel order” button while on the site, that order will not be considered for remarketing.
