Delivery to Packeta and Zásilkovna Pickup Points and Z-BOXes

Foto.Guru now supports delivery to Packeta pickup points. In Czechia the same company is known as Zásilkovna, while in Slovakia, Hungary and Romania it operates as Packeta. It is one of the most popular ways to receive parcels in Central Europe, so your customers can now collect their photo prints and photo products where they already pick up their online orders.

Which countries are supported?

The integration works for photo labs in Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania – the countries where Packeta runs its own network. The map shows pickup points in the country of your Packeta account, so a lab in Brno sees Zásilkovna points in Czechia and a lab in Bratislava sees Packeta points in Slovakia.

How it works for your customers

When a customer chooses Packeta delivery at checkout, a map opens right on your ordering page. They can search by address or city and pick:

  • a pickup point – a staffed Packeta location, usually in a shop, kiosk or service point,
  • a Z-BOX – a self-service Packeta parcel locker where customers collect the parcel themselves, without queuing,
  • a partner pickup point – a location run by one of Packeta’s partner carriers, if partner points are enabled for your account.

Which point types appear on the map depends on the Allowed branch settings in your Packeta account. This matters especially in Hungary and Romania, where turning on partner pickup points gives your customers many more places to collect their order.

The selected point is checked again when the order is placed, so you don’t receive orders with a closed or missing point. If the customer pays cash on delivery, the map only shows points that accept cash-on-delivery parcels.

What your photo lab sees

The pickup point or Z-BOX chosen by the customer is saved with the order. You will find it:

  • in the order details in your Foto.Guru panel,
  • on the PDF order summary, so the information travels with the printed order to the packing table.

You then create the shipment in the Packeta client section (client.packeta.com) as usual. For now the integration covers the customer’s choice of a pickup point; creating shipments and labels stays in Packeta.

How to enable Packeta delivery

  1. In Packeta’s client section, open “User support” and copy the API key from your account details.
  2. In Foto.Guru, go to “Integration” > “Packeta”, turn on the Packeta integration and paste the API key.
  3. In “Settings” > “Delivery settings”, add or edit a delivery method and set “Pick-up point” to “Packeta”.

Packeta delivery is available on the BASIC and PRO plans. Step-by-step instructions with screenshots are in the Packeta documentation.
