New Features Overview

In our last post we told you about the introduction of major changes such as Photo Products and Shopping Cart. Now let’s cover a few smaller updates that were also introduced and deserve your attention.

ZIP Folder Ordering

Folders in the ZIP file allow for instant identification of products, their quantities, and the print mode that will be needed.

However, different mini-labs have different print configuration requirements. To address this, we now offer the ability to fully customize the file structure within the ZIP archive.

Order Notes

If more than one person handles orders in your business, sharing information about an order can be a crucial part of daily workflow.

From now on, Foto.Guru allows you to attach notes to an order that are invisible to customers but can streamline internal communication within your team.

Precise Print Type Selection

Previously, when selecting prints, customers could freely change the size and paper type. However, we know this is not always convenient, especially for less tech-savvy customers who may have difficulty choosing the right parameters.

That is why, along with the Shopping Cart, we introduced an option where customers must clearly specify the print format and paper type before they start adding photos.
